Does film heating generate EMI?

A EMI is generated by vibrating electrons which are small particles moving around a nucleus. These electrons have their own wave properties. We can say that EMI is generated from every material in the world. EMI regulations depend on how much the amount of EMI harms a human body. The inner material of film heating is not coils but carbons that generate no EMI. You can check that on our EMI test reports.

Is the floor heated as hot as ondols?

A The heat radiation method of heating film keeps it hot by using the far-infrared ray. You can use a temperature controller to maintain the desirable temperature setting. You can feel the difference from the existing heating method that uses convections of hot air generated by heating the floor directly.

What is the construction price?

A It varies depending on the place and condition of construction. The labor cost and the material costs are subject to change.

Which finishing material should I use?

A Due to the characteristics of heating film, it is desirable to use laminate flooring. If other material is used, then you are recommended to use a film protection layer. Especially, if you use some finishing materials that require glues(decoration tile, ondol) or want wet constructions, then you must consult with an experienced constructor.

How high does the temperature go up?

A One of the main advantages of heating film is the fact that the temperature rises immediately. If insulation materials is attached at temperature of 15 to 17 degrees, the surface temperature can rise up to 40 to 60 degrees within one to two minutes. It depends on the number of windows, and the insulation condition of the building.

Can I install it on a large floor?

A Yes, a church hall, a large temple hall, a kindergarten, a wellfare facility or a gym.

Is it difficult to install?

A Installation is 'simple' but since it uses electricity, you must have some knowledge before installing it.

Is there a danger of fire accidents when it is exposed to water or moisture?

A This product uses electricity. It should not be exposed to water because it can cause malfunctions.

What is the thickness of heating film?

Stripe film is made of base film and laminex film. The thickness is either 0.25mm or 0.3mm.
All coated film is made of P..E and P.E.T. and the thickness is either 0.891mm or 0.610.

What is the construction time?

A It takes one day for an area size ranged from 120 to 160 §³. When the finishing work is completed, you can use it on the same day.

What is the heating film is scratched?

A If an electrical ondol panel is damaged, the entire floor must be lifted up to reinstall the heating lines. However, if the heating film is damaged, all you need to do is to finish the damaged area with insulation tapes. No A/S is required.

Can I install it in a place other than a floor?

A Beside a floor, you can install it on a wall or ceiling. Installation can be done suitably for a place or situation.

Can I install it without peeling off the floor by remodeling?

A After installing some insulation material on the existing finishing material, install the film and redo the finishing works to complete a new heating system.
