Carbon black is the material obtained from the main ingredient of Carbon found in materials like a diamond. It is usually used for automobiles, inks and cosmetic products. Carbon textile is thermally processed at 1,000-3,000¡É in a manufacturing process. Graphite textile is thermally processed at temperature of 2,,500¡É or higher. Graphite has higher resistivity against heats than other materials. Its heat expansion coefficient is very small but its heat/electricity conduction rate is so high that it is widely used as an electrical heating object. |

Silver Paste

The silver paste is conductive material for line heating film. It is a low temperature type of conductive paste used for line heating objects. It has high conductivity and excellent screen printing ability. It is highly flexible and has great adhesion power. If the resistance of the silver paste for a line heating object is high, it can cause problems to stability and generate sparks. The lower it is, the better the electrical efficiency is. |
